# Release Details

**Product**: Marketplace

**Release Date**: Target 11/21/2025

**Summary: **A new feature that gives Deals their own dedicated space, making it easier for end-users to find and engage with offers.

# Standalone Deals View

> ⚠️ In order to see these changes on the mobile app, you must be on version 11.3.0, or greater.

## Background

We’ve introduced a dedicated Deals page to make it easier for end-users to discover offers from vendors. The page is optional, fully configurable and comes with new banners that help promote deals across the Home and Marketplace screens.

Until now, Marketplace content lived together showing every vendor, regardless of whether they had active deals or not. This meant deals were often buried among regular products, bookings or vendor listings.

The new Deals page separates these offers into their own space, improving visibility and helping drive more foot traffic to vendors. Admins can turn the page on or off, rename it, and customise how it's promoted using banner text, button labels, and homepage placement. All configuration lives inside the existing Admin Console for both web and mobile.

## What’s New

### **A Dedicated Deals Page**

A new optional page in the main navigation showing only active deals and offers from vendors. When enabled, it appears on both web and mobile. When disabled, it remains accessible by direct link but is hidden from navigation.

### **Configurable Page Title**

Rename `Deals` to anything that suits your site, such as “Offers” or “Specials.” This title applies to both navigation and the page header across both web and mobile.

### **New Promotional Banners**

Two banners help end-users discover deals.

- **Home banner** – Shown on the Home screen and fully configurable.
  - Customise the banner text (*this is shared across both banners*)
  - Set the CTA button label (*this is shared across both banners*)
  - Move it up or down the homepage layout
  - Disable it independently for web or mobile
- **Marketplace banner** – Fixed in position within the Marketplace screen.
  - Customise the text and CTA (*this is shared across both banners*)
  - Cannot be repositioned (*this is shared across both banners*)

### **Improved Discoverability**

These banners link directly to the Deals page, making it easier for end-users to browse available offers and visit vendor stores.

### **Marketplace Page Title**

[BONUS] This page title now applies to **both** web and mobile. Previously it only applied on web.

> ℹ️ The name of these items will be based off of settings saved in [Admin Panel](#How-to-Configure-in-Admin-Panel).

### Dedicated Deals Page

The new Deals page gives users a clean, focused space to browse all active vendor deals. Deals are ordered by newest/most recently updated.

#### Mobile

> ⚠️ When selecting a deal on the mobile app please note that this will take end-users into the vendor’s store, scrolled to the position of the deal they selected. They will need to select the specific deal to go to the deal screen itself.
> ⚠️
> ⚠️ We are working on an enhancement for this and will have it available in the next 1-2 releases.

### Web - Combined Vendor Listing on Marketplace

Now that there’s an option to have a dedicated deals page and bring more prominence to deals, we’ve removed the original `Perks & Deals` section on the Marketplace page on web:

All vendors, irrespective of what they list on the marketplace (e.g. they only lists deals or they list a combination of deals and paid products) will show in the `Vendor` section as highlighted below:

The type of products a Vendor lists can be seen underneath their name e.g. `Deals, Bookings, Products` using the Vendor `RP Performance` as an example from above.
